The accommodation was situated very close to Tsutenkaku tower and Den Den Town. It's just infront of the stairs to the Ebisucho Train Station. The location was really ideal. Since there was no staff to assist you physically, we had a hard time figuring out the password to our room, I think they need to give better instructions for this. The accommodation itself was big enough for us 6. We had room 805, it has 2 full size beds in 1 room, the last room has 6 tatami beds where my 3 kids comfortably slept since it is spacious even if all their luggages where open on the side. The living room has a sofa bed where you can also lay a tatami either on top of it or on the floor beside it. The dining is good for 4, with comfortable seats and kitchen also had utensils for the guests. We were provided with big and small fresh towels, and bed sheets. The place is best for typical asian families because of the slightly low ceilings in the bedrooms and small toilet and bath. Aside from the sliding cabinet doors which had holes, my main concern was the outdated toilet, it's not just small, but it doesn't have a bidet which is one of the essentials for my family. Overall, we had a great experience, and would still recommend this place for budget travellers especially big groups.
