Thistle Port Dickson Resort recensioner

I love the large compound, suitable for family with children to run around. Thisle also provides many additional water activities that we can join. Overall, the hotel feels a little bit old, but everything is clean and functioning.

Stayed with our 2 yr old toddler, maybe bcs it was a public holiday the checkin process took too long. We can only check in at 4.30pm but room is cleaned and the distance to beach is walkable. We enjoyed our stay so much

Other than bad services of lift, everything else is nice. Many selections of breakfast buffet and all of it so delicious. The beach is very nice. The swimming pool is very kids friendly. The staff are very good and the hospitality is quite nice for me. Its a good staycation for me and my friend.

I love the hotel location and love the hotel vibes , very relaxing and the view is amazing.On the other hand, the room can be improve in term of cleaniness especially the toilet bathtub. Overall it was a very good family friendly hotel, we did enjoy our holidays. Thank you

The resort’s rooms are spacious and offer beautiful views, especially the sea-facing ones. While many guests appreciate the room size and comfort, some have pointed out that certain rooms show signs of aging and could benefit from refurbishment.

This is our third visit to Thistle PD. My little son loves it here. Big pool and accessible to the beach with water sports. He enjoyed playing with the sand and the beach water, yet mostly spending his time at the pool playing at the big pool with the splash and pool slides. There are arcades games, pool table at the play area as well as a play room for the blocks. Love the large area of grass for a walk to the beach. The room a bit faded but it’s clean. Smooth check in and out. Concierge staff is friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast. We had all our meals in the renovated restaurant this time. The Chinoise is closed for renovation I think. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Thistle Port Dickson Resort and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Despite paying a premium price, the quality of service and facilities was shockingly poor. Cleanliness was a major issue throughout the property. The rooms were not properly cleaned, the bathrooms were in bad condition, and the corridors looked neglected. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not filtered properly, which made it unusable and unsafe. The air-conditioning in the room was not working effectively, making it uncomfortable, especially at night. Food facilities were inadequate – no proper dining options or availability of quality food. Safety concerns were serious, especially with a plug point giving an electric shock when used. Overall, the resort felt run-down and poorly maintained, not even close to the standards expected of a resort charging such high rates. I would strongly advise others to reconsider staying here until major improvements are made in cleanliness, safety, and basic services. This was far from a relaxing or enjoyable getaway.

Pilihan makanan sangat banyak ! Food pun sedap . Pool pun bersih . Staff sangat friendly . Will repeat again to stay here next month 😀 **will be mu every month short vacay port

The pools was amazing!! So many different level of deep for adults and kids. There even small jacuzzi in between the many pools to relax in.

staycation was great, aircond was really cold and bed was comfy, though could improve on upgrading tvs to smart tv

Very cosy hotel..My kids really enjoy playing ps5 games.. best swimming pool + slide.. will repeat again soon

I have no hot water in the tap, and when i am brushing my teeth, brown coloured water flowed out... the room is clean, but this place is definitely not 4 star standard. happy that i got upgraded but didn't get to enjoy it after the water thing...
