We had an amazing time in Zhangjiajie! The accommodation was great and so was the hospitality. Xiao Wu and the team were very helpful in planning our trip. Highly recommend!

A Little Gem in the Heart of Zhangjiajie We had the most wonderful stay at this charming Forest stay at sunrise in Zhangjiajie. The hosts were not only kind and attentive, but genuinely went out of their way to make our visit unforgettable. Our little house in the woods was absolutely beautiful. We woke up each morning to stunning views of the mountains, which felt like something out of a dream. The breakfasts were lovely: fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. What really made our stay special, though, was the people who run the place. They helped us plan the perfect itinerary to explore the breathtaking scenery of Zhangjiajie and were always ready to arrange transport whenever we needed it, making everything effortless and stress-free. If you're looking for a place that offers not just comfort and beauty, but true hospitality and warmth, this is it.

Our trip to Zhangjiajie was amazing. We took the whole villa it was new, clean and cozy. I can highly recommend this hotel. Also, specially I want to mention the concierge service, Xiao Zhao (小赵) was very helpful and made for us a trip itinerary, also provided transportation and was accessible all the time. Perfect hotel, very close to the famous avatar mountains. The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. They propose travel itineraries and drove us to several locations. The restaurant was amazing as well and the staff will take you there whenever you want. We will definitely come back one day!!

We had a wonderful stay here. The accommodations were extremely clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very attentive and hospitable. The restaurant that served breakfast noticed that my kids were not used to the local cusine so they took the initiative and made french fries for them, which made them very happy. Xiao Wu was especially great. Aside from being one of the primary hosts he also served as a tour guide and driver. Because our group included several seniors and some young kids we opted for the guided tours and private cars. Xiao Wu arranged everything and effeciently led us through most major landmarks. There is no way we could have seen as much as we did if not for him and his team. We also got to eat at some neat restaurants, which we would not have known about if we had struck out on our own. Xiao Wu was also extremely thoughtful and patient and even helped my elderly father when he needed assistance walking. From start to finish, our experience here was just exceptional. I have already recommended them to several relatives and friends.

It was a cosy and scenic place to stay away from the city. Will recommend it if you like a quiet and personalized experience.

Enjoy perfect view of YuanJiaJie from the hot tub or lounge chairs at the balcony. We were taken care of by 小赵，who drove us to nearby places (grocery stores, dinner, etc) and made sure our itinerary met our wishlist. He even checked in on us when we were in the Zhangjiajie national park to make sure that we would not miss the closing timings. He was also on standby 24/7 to attend to our needs. This place also offers complimentary laundry services, which was important for us as we travelled during a rainy period. Also, the 1-time airport transfer was luxurious, where we got picked up by an MPV, ensuring the stay got off to the perfect start.

Individual houses have great location with fantastic view. Most impressive was however the outstanding management, not only for the management of matters related to the stay in the hotel but also regarding the support for arranging daily activities. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful and e really enjoyed our time! It is about an hour from the city, but 5 minutes from the west gate of Zhangjiajie park, and the hosts helped us get anywhere we wanted. I highly recommend!

Stay was very enjoyable! the staff helped us book tickets to the park and drove us around free of charge to and back from the park every day as well as into town to buy goods. They took care of everything we needed and made sure the stay was perfect. The room was perfectly clean and the view was amazing! Could not recommend more

The house was very nice and clean, great service and staff were very friendly and helpful. There were multiple facilities to keep us occupied and the food was delicious! Highly recommend, would come back and stay again.
